Returns & Exchanges

At UVU, we are committed to your performance and satisfaction; if your gear isn't meeting your standards, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned apparel must be in original, unwashed condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging or a secure mailer, ensuring all original tags and labels are intact.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse receives and inspects the gear, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
